Where do you ships your products from?
While we are a Canadian owned and operated company, our orders are dispatched from our network of fulfillment centers and manufacturers across the US, Europe, and China, while our main headquarters is in Los Angeles, CA. Since different facilities specialize in unique items, multiple products in a single order may arrive in separate shipments.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders arrive in approximately 5-10 business days for express shipping and 10-14 business days for standard shipping.
How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, although during high demand times items may ship within 5 business days.
